Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using PanditJiPro. They govern your access to and use of our platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PanditJiPro website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PanditJiPro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("PanditJiPro", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use our Platform:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or 13 years of age with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction or by any previous suspension or ban imposed by PanditJiPro.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@panditjipro.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

  • You may not share your account with or transfer it to another person.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
  • PanditJiPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Use of Services

When using the Platform you agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or discriminate against astrologers, other users, or PanditJiPro staff.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code that may damage the Platform or its users.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.

5. Astrology Services Disclaimer

Astrology and Vedic sciences are rooted in ancient Indian tradition and are offered for entertainment, guidance, and spiritual purposes only. The content generated by our Platform — including Kundali charts, horoscope readings, compatibility reports, and AI-generated predictions — does not constitute:

  • Medical, psychological, or clinical advice.
  • Legal or financial advice.
  • A guarantee of any future outcome or event.

You acknowledge that astrological guidance is subjective and interpretive in nature. PanditJiPro and its affiliated astrologers shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on astrological content provided through the Platform.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Wallet & top-ups: You may add credits to your in-app wallet. Credits are non-transferable and carry no cash value.
  • Consultation fees: Fees are deducted per-minute or per-session as displayed before you connect with an astrologer.
  • Refunds: Refund requests for unused wallet credits are processed within 5 – 7 business days. Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. In case of a technical failure that prevents a session, credits will be reinstated automatically.
  • Introductory offers: First-consultation discounts (e.g., ₹1 sessions) are limited to one per user and per payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, charts, and software — is the exclusive property of PanditJiPro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by PanditJiPro without obligation to you.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. PanditJiPro has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PanditJiPro, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages resulting from your reliance on astrological content, advice, or predictions provided through the Platform.
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PanditJiPro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.

11. Termination

PanditJiPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users, astrologers, or the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@panditjipro.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a competent court.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
